A place to find some helpful tips on weight loss. I think I have tried every weight loss tip out there, some work, some don't. Although I thing all work in some way, just some are better than others. This blog is about tips I have found that may help keep the weight off.

50kg & Need To Lose Weight! Oh Come On.
Don't you just hate it when a skinny person says that they need to lose weight.
Mean while they are hitching up their size 8 denim jeans. (I wish), if only I could get to a size 12.
I am working with this young English backpacker at the moment, yer, totally way to thin but just the other day she came out with "Started my diet today."
Well, my mouth dropped open. "what do you mean a diet? You need a belt for your pants now."
Why do skinny people say such stupid things, maybe they need to lose 2 kilos. Oh my God, stop the train. That's devastating, a whole 2 kilos.
Why would you even bother bringing it up.
Do these people say things like this just to here "No, you don't need to lose weight, you look great as you are."
Of course they do, I think it's an ego trip.
I also have come to a decision that I am not going clothes shopping with any of my skinny friends again. It is way to humiliating, watching them try on some slinky, size 10 top and have them say "No, I don't think it fits right." (Totally looks awesome)
Then I try on a shirt, there is no way I am going to even step out of the dressing room to show her. Size 14 is just a bit tight, don't even bother asking for the next size, shame.
What do you think? Do you agree?
