Here's a great smoothie recipe that I use a lot. I usually have it three or four times a week for breakfast or lunch now days.
It helps me fill full and keeps my weight at a normal level. I don't see myself putting on any extra weight at all.
1 cup Natural frozen yoghurt
2 tblsp frozen berries
2 strawberries
ice cubes
1/2 cup milk (I like mine thick)
1 tsp honey (if you like it sweet)
